How do I know if I've won, and how much?

When you go in the 'My Tickets' section of your player account, you will see a list of tickets you purchased along with all the entry numbers. Once the winning numbers are announced, numbers which match from your entry will automatically be highlighted. The winning amount will be credited to your My Fortune account shortly after.

How can I claim a prize?

Congratulations on winning a prize!

Having a win of any amount is an exciting event and, for some customers, it can be life changing. Because prize values can range from a few rupees to a few MILLION rupees.

If you win a prize from an online purchase, we will deposit the prize money directly into your My Fortune website account no later than the next day (usually less than 6 hours). You will also be notified by email about your entry winning a prize. You can then play again or request a withdrawal and you will be paid in your bank account provided or preferred wallet (Paytm, PhonePe or Google pay) within 1-3 business days depending on your service provider.

How does the withdrawal to my bank/UPI account works?

To collect your winnings, you must specify the bank account or UPI you would like to be paid into, and the amount that you wish to withdraw.

To ensure that you get paid for your winnings, and to prevent money laundering, we require that the bank account or UPI to be paid into must be in the name of the player and be in their country of residence.

The withdrawn funds will usually be deposited in your bank account or Wallet within 1-3 business days.

I've forgotten my password! What should I do?

Follow the instructions below if you have forgotten the password for your online account.

  • Click on Login in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • In the pop-up window click 'Forgot password' below the Password field.
  • You will need to enter your registered email and click the Get Reset Link button.
  • You will receive an email to the address registered in your account. Click the 'Reset My Password' button in the email to proceed.
  • You will be taken back to where you will be prompted to enter your NEW Password and confirm password.
  • It is advised to keep password at least 8 characters long and can be a combination of letters, numbers and symbols. Keep your passwords unique between accounts and avoid using common passwords.
  • Click the Reset My Password button. You will receive a confirmation email that your password has been changed.
  • Click on the OK button to login to your account.

Why am I not receiving notification e-mails?

Every time when you make a ticket purchase or have a win, we will send you a notification email.

A ticket purchase notification email is usually sent within 10 minutes, while a prize win notification email is sent a few hours after the game.

If you aren't receiving our notification emails, there are a few possible reasons for that:

  • Incorrect email address - log in your account and check that your contact email address in 'My profile'. If the email address is incorrect you can update it at the same time.
  • Spam - Check your 'Spam' or 'All emails' folder to see if the email is there.

Additional action you can take is to add our email address to your safe sender/contact list (white-list). To do so you will need to follow the instructions by your service provider.
